Next year, I’ll be running the Wainwright Coast to Coast Walk.

But this isn’t really about the running.

It’s about people.
It’s about resilience.
It’s about the moments in life that test us — and how we find a way through them.

Along the way, I’ll be asking one simple question.

To the people I meet.
To runners, walkers, locals — anyone willing to share.

Real people. Real stories. Honest answers.

Because everyone is carrying something… and everyone has a story worth hearing.

I’m at a point in life where things are changing.

Thinking about what comes next. Building something new. Figuring out what really matters and where my energy goes.

Running has always been part of that for me. Not just the miles, but the space it gives you to think, to process, and to reset.

This journey is a way of exploring something bigger.

Because everyone goes through difficult times. Everyone faces moments that test them.

And I’m curious — not just about how people struggle… but how they find a way forward.

This isn’t something to just follow — it’s something to be part of.
