About the event
We’ll start with a 5k guided run taking in a mix of forest trails, quiet country lanes, and paths. Expect gentle climbs, scenic open stretches, and a pace that’s social and supportive — this is about enjoying the journey, not racing it.
After the run, we’ll head straight into a 1-hour yoga session to stretch, restore, and rebalance. The yoga will help your muscles relax by guiding you through a flow designed to complement your run, improve mobility, and leave you feeling refreshed.
