Exmoor Trail Running Weekend June 14th to 17th 2024
Join us in North Devon for a fantastic weekend of trail running on some of the most spectacular trails in the Exmoor National Park. We will be staying in a National Trust bunkhouse in Countisbury, which is situated very close to the South West coastal path, with its breath-taking views of Lynmouth Bay and South Wales across the Bristol Channel. Surrounded by dramatic valleys, rugged moorland and an impressive rocky coastline, the bunkhouse is ideal for exploring the area, as well as relaxing with likeminded people after a day of trail running.

FOR AN ADDITIONAL £50 YOU CAN COME TO THE BUNKHOUSE FROM WEDNESDAY 12TH JUNE & BOOKOUT ON WEDNESDAY 19TH JUNE, THIS IS SEPARATE TO THE TRAIL WEEKEND IN THAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN FOOD AND ENTERTAINMENT. I WILL BE RUNNING AND AM HAPPY FOR PEOPLE TO JOIN ME BUT THIS WILL BE VERY INFORMAL. IT'S A GREAT WAY TO SPEND A LITTLE MORE TIME SEEING WHAT EXMOOR AND WHAT THE SURROUNDING AREAS HAVE TO OFFER. EITHER COMMIT FROM THE START OR DECIDE LATER.
I just had the most amazing weekend with Perry and Michelle (trail run explorers )
The location was just stunning and someone had kindly organised the sunshine which was perfect
I was a bit unsure about the bunkhouse and sharing my space with a Bunch of strangers but the accommodation was perfect and the strangers quickly became friends
The trails were some of the nicest I’ve ran , in fact it was just a culmination of a lot of lovely things coming together on what was the perfect weekend
Perry and Michelle are just the best guides and I can’t wait for the next adventure !!
